Ingredients: | Based on pre-cooked durum wheat semolina, extra virgin olive oil (2.5%), dehydrated mint and lemon juice. Pre-cooked Durum Wheat Semolina (gluten) (88%), Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2.5%), Onion Powder, Sugar, Acid: Citric Acid, Dried Parsley, Natural Mint Flavor, Dried Mint (0, 4%), maltodextrin, dehydrated concentrated lemon juice (equivalent to 2.3% lemon juice), turmeric, coloring: paprika extract. |

Preparation Mode: | 1. Put a bag in a salad bowl; 2. Add 150 ml of boiling water; 3. Cover with non-stick film and let it rest for 5 minutes if you want to consume it hot. To eat cold (taboulé) add vegetables and let it rest for 45 minutes in the fridge; 4. Separate the grains with a fork; 5. Serve hot as a side dish or cold in a salad. |
