Darjeeling is a black tea known as “Champagne of teas”, originating from the foothills of the Himalayas.

Secrets of an excellent tea:
Water: the best suited is a mineral. According to experts, water from the water is not recommended, given its “pray” (limestone) to the presence, sometimes, of chlorine.
Temperature: as it has delicate leaves, for black tea the appropriate infusion temperature is 90ºC. Without a thermometer, it recognizes the 70°C small dimensions that form at the bottom of the formation and the 90°C of large steam capsules.
